Preconception 

In this phase, a woman's goal is to reach optimal health to sufficiently nurture a growing fetus. She can improve fertility and increase the chances of conception by following the fertility food guide and fitness program. 

*Conception doesn’t have to be on the radar but getting healthy should be.*

Pregnancy 

In this phaSE, a woman’s goal is to provide her body and her unborn baby with the nutrients needed for optimal health and stay away from everything that can potentially harm her and her baby. Although children are a gift from the Lord, there is much power associated with that gift and great responsibility. the expectant mom will follow a fitness program designed to strengthen areas needed to support her body as she puts on the necessary weight during pregnancy and relieves and/or prevents undesirable symptoms. By following the pregnancy food guide, she and her unborn baby will get the nutrients they need for healthy growth and development.

* Eating for two doesn’t mean eating twice as much. It means to eat twice as smart.*

PostPartum 

In this phase, The new mom will receive fitness, nutritional, and emotional support to balance life at home with a newborn. Nutrition plans are designed for breastfeeding moms to get the proper nutrients for the baby’s continued growth and development, as well as the nutrients needed to recover properly from labor.

*Remember it took you nine months to put on those extra pounds for your baby, be patient with yourself to shed the excess fat.*

Hi, Im Nicky

I am a certified pre-and postnatal fitness and nutrition coach as well as a corrective exercise specialist. I am a proud mom to an 8-year-old daughter, and we both live very active lives are very involved with our local church. I am currently a Service leader as well as a Worship leader for the CCV kids ministry. I take great joy in sharing the love of Jesus with those around me and have created a life where I serve others with everything I do. Aside from teaching fitness and nutrition, I also teach women self-defense within an organization called Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I teach the Women Empowered Program, which helps women with no previous martial arts experience learn effective ways to keep themselves and their children safe from predators. Empowering women to live a healthy and confident lifestyle is my true passion. I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have been practicing Jiu-Jitsu for almost 4 (blue belt). I am so incredibly grateful that I get to do what I love for a living, and I don’t take anyone God brings into my path for granted. I have been blessed so that I can be a blessing to others, and it would be my honor to support you in any way I can.
