Preconception
In this phase, a woman's goal is to reach optimal health so she can confidently and safely nurture a growing fetus. She can boost fertility and improve her chances of conception by following the fertility food guide and a tailored fitness program designed to support reproductive health.

Pregnancy
In this phase, a woman’s goal is to give her body and baby the nutrients they need and avoid anything that could cause harm. Pregnancy is a special gift from God that comes with responsibility. She should follow a fitness plan to strengthen her body as she gains weight and to prevent or ease common pregnancy symptoms. By following a pregnancy food guide, she and her baby will get the nutrients needed for healthy growth and development.

PostPartum
In this phase, the new mom will receive tailored fitness, nutritional, and emotional support to help balance life at home with a newborn. Nutrition plans are thoughtfully designed for breastfeeding mothers to provide the essential nutrients that support the baby’s continued growth and development, while also supplying the vitamins, minerals, and energy her body needs to recover effectively from labor and childbirth.

Hi, Im Nicky
I am a certified pre- and postnatal fitness, nutrition, and corrective exercise specialist with over 20 years of experience. In addition to teaching fitness and nutrition, I also teach women’s self-defense and have trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for nearly eight years. I support women in building healthy, confident lives, emphasizing clean nutrition, safe movement, pelvic health, and high-quality skincare—I believe the more informed we are, the better choices we can make for our health and that of our families.
I am a proud wife and mom to a 13-year-old daughter, and currently pregnant with a little girl due in July 2026. My family and I are devout catholics and love sharing the love of Jesus with those around us. We enjoy sunrise and sunset hikes around the valley as well as nice weekend getaways. I am so incredibly grateful that I get to do what I love for a living. I have been blessed so that I can be a blessing to others, and it would be my honor to support you in any way I can.
